The Neptune Buckingham Round Mirror would normally set you back £180, but Anna managed to get a similar one from The Range for a fraction of the price. Anna Louisa (@anna_louisa_at_home) shared how she wanted the mirror for her hallway, but was put off by the high price.

The Range's Clemence Washed Bevelled Mirror is the same style, and can be transformed into a perfect dupe of Neptune's mirror with just a lick of paint. And, it's a fraction of the price, costing £32.99.

Anna Louisa managed save a massive £147.01 by upcycling The Range's mirror into the mirror of her dreams. In her post on Instagram, she said: "I saved myself just under £150!

"I had been after a mirror for the hallway and loved the Buckingham round mirror from Neptune for £180 but then I saw the Clemence washed bevelled mirror from @therangeuk which looked so similar (shape and measurement wise). It is a steal at only £32.99.

"So I grabbed it, painted it and saved myself a whopping £147.01! It’s still available in @therangeuk so grab yourself a bargain."

People in the comments were loving the idea. One person said: "I have this!! & wanted it in white what a great idea why didn’t I think of this!" and another said: "I've done exactly the same about 2 years ago. But I got a white gloss spray paint and it was so easy and quick and looks fab".
