On Monday, Gina took to Instagram to share exactly how she's been getting her body ready for the OC sit-down. "I’m loving the fat freeze treatments and whole body cryotherapy at @cryohaus," Gina wrote alongside several images of herself going through the fat-freezing process.
Cryotherapy exposes the body to extremely low temperatures, which can help burn up to 800 calories, destroy fat and cellulite, produce collagen, and reduce pain and inflammation in minutes.
